Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be sent to your email; simply print it out and attach it to your original packaging.
Drop Off Package
Hand over your package to any authorized carrier drop-off location, ensuring all previous shipping labels are covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects your returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5 to 7 business days.
